Project Community Connect

On Friday, May 31, 2019 at the Medford Armory, Project Community Connect (PCC) will begin its second decade of bringing together over 50 Southern Oregon agencies for a remarkable day of caring, sharing and helping members of our community who are striving, and often struggling, to create safe, secure and healthy lives for themselves and their families.

Some of the services offered at PCC include legal advice from the experts, birth certificate assistance, free haircuts, basic medical services, a free hot lunch, opportunities to engage with addiction and recovery services, numerous veterans services, veterinary care for pets and so much more.

In 2018, approximately 850 people came to Project Community Connect seeking assistance. This was the highest number of attendees in the ten years of PCC’s existence. The need in our community is greater than ever, and in 2019 we expect an equal or higher number of attendees. However, the success of PCC is not measured by how many people come through the door.  This day is created with the hope of building a circle of support for all those who want to make positive change in their lives.

Financial Support

Join the Planning Committee
Planning for Project Community Connect is a year-round effort involving staff from a variety of Southern Oregon health and social services agencies.
